In 2019, a variety of programs of additional education, retraining and advanced training covered about 6,00 LLC “VOSTOKINVESTNEFT” employees. The Company allocated over 28 million rubles for these purposes.
Gold talent pool

The backbone of the company’s team are employees who have worked for more than 13 years at the enterprises of LLC “VOSTOKINVESTNEFT”. One of the important principles of the company’s personnel policy is the continuity of generations of oil workers. A personnel reserve has been formed for heads of staff and heads of enterprises of LLC “VOSTOKINVESTNEFT”. The company creates all conditions for the further career of employees within the holding.

Thanks to the creation and development of its own strategic reserve, the company received the following competitive advantages:

  • a well-coordinated, cohesive and responsible management team;
  • maintaining the traditions of the company, creating a favorable internal atmosphere by providing each employee with career opportunities;

Young professionals.

Every year, in order to attract young specialists to work at enterprises, a list of social benefits is approved. Each young specialist can count on receiving a special social package. LLC “VOSTOKINVESTNEFT” recruits young specialists, in addition to that, the holding enterprises regularly provide places for industrial and pre-graduation practical training for blue-collar workers.

Joint educational programs with leading universities in the country.

LLC “VOSTOKINVESTNEFT” cooperates with Moscow State University. Lomonosov and the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas. In accordance with the annual need of enterprises for young specialists, contracts are concluded for the training of specialists with higher professional education for subsequent work at the enterprises of the holding.

Joint project in the field of education with Moscow State University. Lomonosov

The project was launched in 2006 to create and develop the MSU Graduate School of Innovative Business (corporate university) faculty.
LLC “VOSTOKINVESTNEFT” contributed to the formation of the material and technical base of the faculty, incl. equipping with modern research and educational equipment, purchasing modern software, publishing methodological literature.
During the period of the educational project from 2010 to 2020, the faculty has trained more than 155 masters who have joined the ranks of employees of the country’s leading oil and gas companies.
The current set of training courses 2020 -2022consists of 21 undergraduates.
